Printable Paper Shoe Favor Box
Meggiecat gets Google searches for paper shoe templates and now I've found one I like at the HP Creativity Center. This shoe favor box is part of the printables for a Glamour Princess Party Kit which also includes a tiara, purse invitations and a wand.

I made these as favors for my niece birthday party several months ago - princess themed. They were easy and cute but used a lot of ink.
